Payments

Third-Party Services

Domain names, hosting, payment gateways, courier services and other third-party services may have separate charges, terms and policies. The client is responsible for complying with the applicable provider terms.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing of custom source code, design assets, content and third-party components will follow the terms agreed for the individual project.

Changes and Cancellation

Changes to project requirements may affect the delivery timeline and price. Cancellation, refund and handover terms are governed by the quotation or project agreement applicable to the project.
